Vladimír works in HP Software & Solutions as Solution architect in the area of IT Service management since September 2000. He has more than 24 years experience with IT, most with telco and finance sectors.  Actually he concentrates to the area of process management methodologies such as ITIL, ISO 20000 and supporting SW tools from HP SW BTO portfolio. His secondary focus is associated area – Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He is also involved in HP Education activities in the area of ITIL/ITSM, where he works as an accredited ISEB lecturer on ITIL courses.
Before HP, he worked 5 years as senior consultant in Logica in the area of ITSM and CRM. Before Logica Vladimir worked as the SW development manager at Philips Communication Systems. Vladimir originally started his career as SW designer in the area of call processing systems for PABX and PCM equipments. He started his professional career at Research Institute of Telecommunications where he spent more than 9 years. Vladimir spent about 3 years on project abroad (Germany, UK, Netherland, Croatia).
Vladimir is a member of itSMF in UK and CR, in 2007 he acted as first deputy of the itSMF Czech republic. He actively and regularly presents on local conferences (SI, IRR, ICTM, itSMF, ISACA). Vladimir is involved in translation of ITIL publications into Czech language. He works for APMG is a member of ITIL V3 Examination Board.
